One hour private lessons offered in a variety of styles. Classes are catered to individual needs, areas of focus, and injuries.
Options:
Yoga for Beginners- learn the basics of combining breath with movement, introductory postures covered.
Vinyasa Flow- flowing, dynamic sequence of poses synchronized with the breath, customized to your needs
Yin- targets the connective tissues of the body, slower paced and poses are held for longer periods of time. Improves flexibility and calms the mind.
Yoga for Athletes- improve core strength and flexibility with focused postures

YOGA GROUP LESSON
For groups of 2 or larger. Classes are catered to the groups needs, areas of focus, and injuries. Any of the class options above are available.
MEDITATION CLASS
Focus on the present moment. Among its benefits, Meditation helps improve many aspects of your life. Those who have tried Meditation become more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and retain and recall information better.
